This article briefly summarizes the Members > External Profile Data screen and how to review all data imported from external sources.
The table on this screen shows the number of values imported in each file. The table is sorted by default in the order the data was imported. You may also sort the table by the following values:
- Field Name

- Salesforce
- Marketo
- Qualtrics XM Directory
- CSV Upload—If you've used a Member External Data batch update, those fields will display below as CSV Upload. If you do not see the fields populate below, confirm the batch update was successful. If it was successful and they are not appearing here within an hour, please contact support.

All fields are imported as qualitative by default. Convert a field to quantitative for grouping in a P2 field. Convert to Quantitative by pressing the orange button on the same row. The number of values does not update until AFTER you click that button. You cannot revert this choice once you switch to Quantitative.
