The following messages will pre-fill when you create new Recruitment URLs, but you can customize and edit the messaging for each recruitment. Filling out the forms is recommended to speed up recruitment if you typically use the same messaging for most recruitment efforts.
Recruitment coming soon—This message will display to users who attempt to access the URL before it has started. This scenario is unlikely, but it would be helpful if someone sent recruitment emails in error before recruitment starts.
Recruitment expired—This message will display to users who attempt to access the URL after it has expired.
Welcome/Registration—This message will be displayed at the top of the registration page to users who have successfully passed the screener. Use this area to welcome members to the community and encourage them to complete registration.
Over quota—This message appears to users who are screened out by quota logic.
