Recruitment Messages Follow

The following messages will pre-fill when you create new Recruitment URLs, but you can customize and edit messaging per individual recruitment. Filling out the forms is recommended to help make recruitment faster if you typically use the same messaging for most recruitment efforts.

Recruitment coming soon—This message will be displayed to users who attempt to access the URL before it has started. This scenario is unlikely, but it would be helpful if recruitment URLs are accidentally sent before recruitment starts.

Recruitment expired—This message will be displayed to users who attempt to access the URL after it has expired.

Welcome/Registration—This message will be displayed at the top of the registration page to users who have successfully passed the screener. Use this area to welcome members to the community and encourage them to complete registration.

Over quota—This message displays to users who are screened out due to quota logic.
