Research Engine Reports and Exports

Export your project information for analysis and to make informed decisions. There are two reporting tabs: Projects List and Created Exports.

Projects List

The Projects List grid shows all existing projects and provides the ability to export the project data. This grid contains the following columns:

• Project Name
• Product
• Audience
• Status
• Responses
• Publish Date
• Close Date
• Created By

Each row contains an Export Data button in the rightmost column.

Export Data

1. Click the Export Data button to begin the export process.
2. The Project field contains the previously configured value for the project.
3. The Export Name is customizable.
4. Apply Advanced Filters to your project to customize the export.
   
   • Date Filters—Restrict your export results to a certain date range, or export data for all time.
     • Start date
     • End date
     • All time data 
   • Expand all questions, choices, and answers in separate columns
   • Include User Account Fields
   • Include all deleted items
   • Add P2 Engine profile points—Select an existing profile point question from a list, or select all questions.
   • Add Polls—Select an existing poll question from a list, or select all questions.
   • Add Survey Questions—Select an existing survey, then add a survey question name.
5. Click the Export button to generate your file. While the report generation is in process, a notice indicates that the report is generating.
6. After downloading the file to your computer, the Export Data button disappears.

Created Exports

This screen lists any projects that have begun to compile or have completed a download. Exports are available for X days and are then erased, but they can be generated again. 

Click the Download button to generate local export files from available exports, or click Generate Again to regenerate files for download from Expired exports.

The Search field at the top right allows you to find any exports by searching for Project Name. 

The table of exported projects contains the following columns: 

• Project Name
• Report Name—This hyperlink displays any filters used in the original export request.
• Product
• Created By
• Audience
• Export Date
• Status
  • Available
  • Erased
• Generate Again button
