View/Edit/Delete Individual Members Follow
Find individual members from the Member Dashboard to edit or delete their information.
Edit Members
- Click Members from the left navigation bar
- Click the Manage Members button at the top. You can also click on the Manage Members button on the main Dashboard.
- Click on the name of the member you'd like to edit. The Edit Member screen appears.
- Change whatever items you need to change:
- Username
- Member Type

Member Password
- Change and Confirm a New Password for the member.
- Click Reset Password and send them a System Email to change their password themselves.
- Change Member Status and give a Reason.
- Update Points Balance manually

Update Communications Settings
- Community Emails & Announcements—Emails from the community about new activities, rewards, and features. If they unsubscribe, please allow up to 48 business hours for it to take effect.
- Community Text Messages (SMS)—Text message announcements from the community to keep members notified about new activities and opportunities for participation. Please note that message and data rates may apply when this is enabled.
- Activity Notifications—When enabled, members receive a notification in the platform when they receive a new message or when a new activity, such as a reply to your post, is added to the notification feed. You may optionally configure for members to receive an email with the same information.
- There is an Update button under every section to complete your changes.
NOTE: The Change Member section button is different. If the Member Status is Inactive, you will be able to re-open a member's activity here by clicking Re-Open. Otherwise you may click Delete to remove the member permanently.
Delete Members
- Click the checkbox on the same row as the member you wish to delete. Repeat this as often as you need.
- Click the garbage can icon above the list of members to delete the selected member accounts.
