Member Session Timeout Follow

Members will experience a session time-out pop-up message when a member hasn't refreshed or changed pages within 60 minutes.

When their session is 5 minutes from expiring the pop-up message alerts them to how much time they have left (in seconds) from their session timing out. The pop-up contains an option to stay logged in. Session time-out occurs when a member hasn't refreshed or changed pages within that amount of time.

All communities are set to a session time-out time of 60 minutes. This can be changed at any time by contacting the Fuel Cycle support team.
