We support members' rights to be informed and make choices about the data and information you share with us. Our website includes tools for users to manage their personal data. You can request a copy of your data and download it. You may request the permanent destruction of your account and all associated personally identifiable information.
Members submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) to organizations to access their personal information or related materials and find out how that information is being used.
DSAR Request Process
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Account Settings.
On the account info tab, click Manage My Account in the bottom right.
- Users are routed to the Privacy page where they can either request to delete their data (remove all of their data/any trace of their membership) or download their data.
- Users receive confirmation data was deleted or download is ready.
- Admin receives notification in the messaging section that a user has submitted a DSAR request.
