Reward Redemptions Follow

This article describes the complete list of reward redemptions on the Gamifications > Redemptions screen.

Members initiate the redemption process for Partner rewards, which the system automatically completes. A moderator must manually complete the redemption for Custom rewards.

Redemptions List

The columns in this table are as follows:

• Date (Created)
• (Date) Updated
• Redemption Type
• Username
• Reward
• Reward Type
• Origination
• Status
  • In Progress
  • Completed
  • Failed

Search Redemptions

Search for specific redemptions with the search field in the upper right corner. Search by name of the reward or by username.

The column Last Login Date in the export refers to the date the member last logged in to the community. This does not reflect when moderators log in to the moderator "back-end".
