Email Campaign or Recruitment Exports Follow
Download a full campaign export for completed or terminated campaigns.
NOTE: email campaign tracking only occurs for 30 days after it deploys.
Access the export function from the Comm Center > Campaigns tab, in the Campaigns List table, under the Actions menu. You may also export all email campaigns with the Export button at the top of the screen.
Campaign Export Configuration
- Export Name (required)—Provide a name for your export that is unique and related to your campaign.
- Banners—By default, the Members tab of the export includes User ID, User Role, Username, Email, Status, and Activation status. Click Include User Account Fields to add additional account, profile, or survey columns to the member tab.
- Group Membership—Enter the group name. You can include up to 10 groups.

- Polls—Enter Poll Question Name
- Survey Questions
- Enter Survey Name
- Enter Survey Question Name
- Export regular values
- Export coded values

The export includes four tabs:

Note: corporate email servers are increasingly scanning links in emails to ensure that those links are not malicious. This may cause reporting to identify that every link is clicked for every email sent. Because of this, email clicks are not very reliable as metrics any more.
