Set up and activate Actions & Points and Rewards with the following settings:
- Gamification Delay—This setting determines the number of days a member must wait between completing an action and receiving their reward. By introducing a delay, moderators can assess the quality of member engagement and deny rewards if the quality is deemed subpar. If set to 0 days, members will receive their points immediately after their engagement.
- Require Phone Number for Verification—We recommend enabling phone verification for users who have previously raised suspicions on the platform. You can adjust the settings to require validation for all users or to disable it entirely. Please note that disabling this feature may allow some users to exploit the system.
- Activate actions & points—When this option is enabled, the “Points” section will appear in the member’s gamification center.
- Activate rewards—When this is turned on, members can view the rewards available to them. You can create and import rewards in the “Rewards” tab.
