Surveys are created using an external application, and the public URL for each survey is added to the Fuel Cycle Platform for import.
To see a list of your imported surveys or to import new ones, click on the Surveys icon in the left navigation menu, then select the Surveys option from the call-out menu. The Surveys list provides the following details about your surveys:
- Survey Name
- Survey Alias
- Provider
- External ID
- Teams
- Import Date
- Last Imported
Sort and Filter Surveys
Search for a particular survey with the search bar at the far right of the Filter fields.
Filter your surveys by the provider you used to create them and by whether they are active.
Filters on listing pages stay active even after refreshing the page. Set your filters, and the platform will save them automatically. They remain until you refresh again. However, saved filters are cleared when you log out or when your session expires.

You can find these action menu items in the rightmost column of the Surveys List.

- Update Embedded Data—(Qualtrics only) Use this feature when there is new embedded data that needs to be pushed to a specific Qualtrics survey.
Import Survey
Select your survey provider by clicking the Import Survey button, which will open your provider's website in a new browser window, allowing you to create your survey there.
Once you've created a new survey through your survey provider's website, copy the URL for that survey for the next steps.
Launch Survey Tool
This button opens your survey provider in a new browser tab. Choose your provider from the list of subscribed survey providers. Only the survey providers you are contracted with will appear in the list.
