Members are required to select a Topic when submitting a support message. You can also assign a topic to a moderator and add a follow-up action, such as "Reply Required."

Daily Digest Send Time
Set the time of day for sending daily digest emails to members with email enabled.
Weekly Digest Send Time
Set the day of the week and the time for sending weekly digest emails to members with email enabled.
Mobile Verification Content
Configure the information that members encounter when prompted for their mobile number.

Countries Supported for SMS
Fuel Cycle allows you to send SMS messages only to specific countries you choose. To select the countries you wish to send messages to, check the corresponding boxes.

Enter the address of the location you would wish members to use.
