Moderator uploads are typically used to add large video or image files to surveys because the survey platforms have a file size limit.

To use this feature, navigate to Community > Activities > Asset Library.

Media Grid

When you upload files, your files display on the Media tab with the following information:

• File Title
• Type
• Public Read—This file indicates whether the file can be shared publicly. This is most often used for hosting large files to make available in the community, such as videos, PDFs, or PowerPoint presentations. Click on the word true or false to switch to the opposite setting.
  • True—The file is available for public reading.
  • False—The file is private/protected meaning if the link to a file is shared, you must be logged in to Fuel Cycle to view the file. This is the default setting for uploaded files.
    Examples: Sensitive, proprietary, or PII/member data files
• Created Date
• Embed Code—A snippet of HTML code shows up in a box. Copy that code and then paste it where you need to use it in the survey platform.
• Link to File—This hyperlink links to your file. You will have to log in to the community to see the file or image.
