Create, review, organize, and export video clips from study sessions. Manage all clips from a dedicated Clips tab on the study dashboard. You can also compile selected clips into a Highlight Reel to share with stakeholders.

View All Clips

Open the study dashboard.
Select the Clips tab.

This tab displays all clips created for the study, sorted by time. You can watch clips, download them, or add them to a Highlight Reel.

Create a Clip

In a session replay, highlight the transcript for the moment you want to capture.
Select Clip.
The clip appears in the Clips tab.

The transcript is time-synced, so the highlighted text defines the clip's start and end points.

Create a Highlight Reel

Group multiple clips into a Highlight Reel.

In the Clips tab, hover over a clip to display its checkbox.
Select the clips you want to include.
Select Create Highlight Reel.
Name your Highlight Reel and save it.

You can download or share the completed Highlight Reel as a single file.

Download a Clip

Go to the Clips tab.
Open the clip you want to download.
Select Download.

If the clip is still rendering, wait a few minutes or refresh the page.

Troubleshooting Tips

Clips may take a few minutes to render. If your clip doesn't appear immediately, wait a moment or refresh the page.
Clipping multiple segments? Open each one in a new browser tab to monitor their readiness in parallel.
Once processed, each clip will show a download button for its respective video.
