Export survey responses with flags
You can also request a survey export directly from the survey listing page. This method includes responses that have been flagged by moderators.
- Go to the survey listing page.
- Select the export option from the Actions menu next to the survey.
- The export generates and is available for download from the Exports page or the bell icon notification.
Downloading your export
When the export is ready, a notification appears in the bell icon at the top of the screen. You can download the file from the notification without leaving your current page.
You can also go to the Exports page and use the Actions dropdown to download. Two versions are available:
- Download—All data included in the export, including personally identifiable information (PII) such as name and email.
- Download Masked—Personally identifiable information is masked and will not display in the file.
The status column shows Requested while the export processes. Once it is ready to download, the status changes to Completed.
