Generate an export for a specific SMS Campaign that includes only the information related to that campaign.
- Select Exports from the left navigation.
- Select Request Export.
- Select SMS Campaign as the export type.
Export Setup
Export Name—Enter a name for the export. Exported files are named in the format Type_Created_ExportName—for example, Survey_092123_ProductFeedback.
Select SMS Campaign Title—Choose the campaign you want to export from the dropdown.
Export Filters
Date Range (optional)—Enable a date filter to export content for a specific period.
Banners
By default, the Members tab of the export includes User ID, User Role, Username, Email, Status, and Activation status. Enable the options below to add additional account, profile, or survey columns to the Members tab.
Include User Account Fields—Exports all required account fields, such as name, gender, and age.
Group Membership—Select up to 10 groups to include in the export. Type the group name and select it from the list.
P2 Engine—Select one or more profile points to include in the export. Type the profile point question name and select it from the list.
- Include All P2 Points Marked for Export—Select this option to include all profile points flagged for export.
- Export reference text—Exports the reference text associated with the profile point response.
- Export message text—Exports the message text associated with the profile point response.
Miscellaneous settings
Include all media files as—When enabled, exports all media files attached to the activity.
- Link—The Excel file includes links to all attached files in the Attachments and Comments tabs. To open a file, copy and paste the link into a browser, or place your cursor in the cell and press Enter to create a hyperlink.

Attachment—Downloads all files uploaded in the activity. The ZIP export includes the Excel file and a folder called Files that contains the original files. In the Excel file, the filename appears in the Attachments or Comments tab. Match the filename to the corresponding file in the Files folder.
File names follow the format:
UserID-DateUploaded-Type_UniqueFileName
For example:123456-06202023-attachment_1djbdiwrfghaldkjbvnladkfbjnald.jpg.When attachments are included, the export may take longer to generate, depending on the volume or size of the media files.
Moderators can view thumbnail previews of uploaded media in the Preview Media column and view each member's profile data in the Comments tab.
The thumbnail attachment export applies to comments and attachments for Activity, Member Forums, and Member Posts exports. Delta Testing exports apply to comments and tickets.
If a member uploads more than one file, each file appears in a separate row in the Comments tab.
Include all deleted items—The export includes any items that have been deleted.
Submit Export Request
Click the Request Export button when you're ready to submit for processing. When the export is ready, a notification appears in the bell icon at the top of the screen. You can download the file from the notification without leaving your current page.
You can also go to the Exports page and use the Actions dropdown to download. Two versions are available:
- Download—All data included in the export, including personally identifiable information (PII) such as name and email.
- Download Masked—PII is masked and will not display in the file.
The status column shows Requested while the export processes. Once it is ready to download, the status changes to Completed.
