After your diary study goes live, you can track participant progress and review all responses from two pages: Manage and Responses. Access both by clicking the activity tile from the FC Qual landing page.
Manage Page
The Manage page gives you an overview of all diary study participants and their progress throughout the study. Each row in the participant table displays the following:
- Participant — Name and email address
- Study Status — The participant's current status in the study
- Study Progress — Percentage of tasks completed
- Current Mission — The mission currently in progress, or the name of the final mission if the study is complete
Study Status Values
Study Status updates automatically based on participant activity during the study's open timeframe. Possible values are:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Not Started | Participant has not begun the study |
| In Progress | Participant is actively completing tasks |
| Needs Review | Responses have been flagged for review |
| Dropped/Withdrawn | Participant did not complete the study |
| Completed | Participant has finished all missions |
After the study's open window closes, all In Progress statuses automatically update to Dropped/Withdrawn.
Use the All dropdown to filter the participant list by Study Status.

You can filter responses by upload date using the Date range picker, and filter by participant using the Participants dropdown.
