FC Qual Live Chat Results

After a Live Chat session has completed, you can access and review reporting directly from the FC Qual dashboard. This article explains how to navigate session results, review different task types, and download your data.

Access Live Chat Reporting

  1. From the FC Qual dashboard, click on the Live Chat's tile to open the session details and reporting window.
  2. You will land on the Session Details page. 
  3. Navigate to Responses to view the results of your study.

Review Task Results

  1. On the left side of the page, find the list of tasks shared with participants during the study. Click on a specific task to jump directly to that task's results, or scroll down the page to view all results in order.
  2. The label at the top of each task displays the task type and the task's number during fielding. The first task will show 1, the second will show 2, and so on.
  3. Below the label, see the question asked and any media attached.
  4. The top right of each task shows the number of responses collected for that specific task.
  5. Below the task details, view individual responses with each participant's name labeled.

Opinion Task Results

  1. See the written text shared by participants for each Opinion task question.
  2. If Opinion question responses are set to be visible to all participants, the number of up votes and down votes received will be displayed for each response.

Poll Task Results

  1. Poll tasks display a table of results across all respondents as percentages. The most popular answer choice(s) are highlighted in purple.
  2. View individual responses per participant below the table.
  3. If the open text Other answer choice was available for the question, participants' typed responses will be displayed here as well.

Follow-Up Question Results

  1. Results of follow-up questions are also displayed in reporting and appear similar to Opinion task results.
  2. Each follow-up is labeled with the related task's number and a decimal. For example, the first follow-up question to Task 3 is labeled Task 3.1.

Media Showcase Tasks

Media Showcase tasks are listed in reporting, but they do not collect responses from participants. No results are displayed for this task type.

Download Results

To download your results, click Download Report. Your results will be exported as a CSV file for further analysis.
