Question Editor Options
Within the question editor, toggle icons give you control over how answer options behave:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Randomize | Shuffles the order of answer options each time the question is presented to reduce order bias. |
| Lock | Pins specific answer choices in place so they remain in a fixed position even when randomization is enabled. |
| Hide | For Grid questions, hides specific rows or columns from member view. |
Archiving Questions
To keep your listing page organized, you can archive questions that are no longer active. From the listing page, locate the question using the search bar or filters, then select the archive option.
Archived questions are removed from the active listing but are not permanently deleted. Use filters to view archived questions if you need to reference them later.
