SFTP/MFT/FTP Data Transfer syncs member profiling data directly to users’ other systems to support end-to-end insights and enable audience activation.

This article briefly summarizes each aspect of the Community > Settings > SFTP, MFT, FTP Settings screen. To initiate usage of this functionality, please contact your Fuel Cycle representative.

Settings

We have a product walkthrough on how to set it up here. All values below except Directory Name are required inputs.

• Select a weekday to get the report

Note: The file will be transferred to the indicated external instance every selected weekday at 12:00 midnight PST.
