How to Use Help Center Follow

Fuel Cycle's Help Center has powerful search functionality to help you find what you want.

The Help Center is organized into categories based on major functional tabs within Fuel Cycle. Categories correspond to the major functionality groups within the application.

Each category contains sections and subsections based on details within that category. These sections correspond to details found within those major functionality groups.

Each section or subsection contains specific articles that contain detailed descriptions of how and why to use Fuel Cycle functionality.

Search

When you enter a particular term or phrase in the Search field located in the top right on every Help Center page, Zendesk Guide performs a full-text search of our knowledge base articles. When you enter a search query in the help center, the search algorithms look for indicators of the most relevant results and rank them. The relevant knowledge base articles are displayed on the search results page along with snippets of the article that pertain to your search.
