Using Conjointly on Fuel Cycle
Creating a Study
When you go to the Surveys section in the admin, you'll see a new button to Launch Conjointly at the top of the page.
When you click this button, a new browser window will open and automatically log you into your Conjointly account and take you to the main page where you can create a new experiment.
Walk through creating your study following the instructions inside Conjointly. When you are ready to import the survey into Fuel Cycle, click the "Save and review on Fuel Cycle" button at the bottom, right of the screen.
The survey will be imported into Fuel Cycle and you'll be prompted to close the Conjointly browser window to return to the community admin.
The survey is now listed in the Survey listing and can be added to an activity.
When you are using Conjointly, the site will include instructions and tips for creating and customizing the survey. You can also click the "Get In Touch" option in Conjointly if you require additional help in the platform.
Adding a Study to Activity
Adding a Conjointly study to a Fuel Cycle activity follows the same steps as adding an Alchemer or Qualtrics survey. The Conjointly survey will be available in the list of surveys that you can select and can be added directly as a button inside the activity description or to the Attached Survey section of the activity.
Instructions are available in the Activity Creation section.
Analyzing a Study
You can easily view the results any time by returning to the Surveys section and clicking on the "View Conjoint Report" link. This will take you directly to the study on the Conjointly platform.

Using Conjointly Outside of Fuel Cycle
You can create a Conjointly project to use outside of the Fuel Cycle platform. You will need to login to the Fuel Cycle admin and navigate to Surveys where you need to click the Launch Conjointly button.
From here, you can create projects or manage existing projects. When creating a project to use externally, click the Save Changes button instead of the Save and Send to Fuel Cycle button to save changes.
Your saved projects, both Fuel Cycle and external, can be found in the My experiments section. After saving your external project, go to My experiments and click on the project you want to share externally.
On this page, you'll see an Open button. Clicking that button will open a new browser window with the Conjointly survey. Simply copy the URL from the survey window and share that link with your external participants.
