The Unmoderated Response Insights view in FC Qual displays participant session results from unmoderated studies, organized into Summary, Responses, and Recordings tabs. Users can review performance metrics, participant answers, and session recordings. The Actions menu allows editing, inviting participants, marking completion, deleting, and downloading reports. AI summaries require clear recordings and transcriptions, and pagination is available across all tabs.
From the Studies section in the left navigation, select the unmoderated study you want to review. The study type is indicated by the "Unmoderated" label.
The Results screen displays participant session data from unmoderated studies across five tabs: Summary, Responses, Recordings, Clips, and Highlight Reels. Use it to review performance metrics, participant answers, and session recordings. The Actions menu is available across all tabs for study management tasks.

Summary Tab
The Summary tab shows study-level performance and AI-generated insights.
Performance Metrics
At the top of the Summary tab, the Performance Metrics section shows basic study statistics:
- Created on — Date the study launched.
- Device type — Platform used by participants (for example, Desktop).
- Total sessions needed — Target number of completions.
- Completed sessions — Number of finished sessions.
- Average session time — Mean time participants spent on the study.
AI Study Summary
Click Regenerate to generate a brief description of the entire study. There are 6 regenerations available per study. Each version reflects the same data but may vary in language or emphasis.
If no recordings exist or transcriptions are unclear, the following message displays:
AI summarization cannot be generated as there are no session recordings available or transcription is not clear enough to generate insights.
Responses Tab
The Responses tab shows participant answers and aggregated distributions.
Task Results appear in the left panel, listed by number and type. The right panel displays the response distribution by option, showing counts and percentages.
The participant table includes:
- Participant Name
- Response
- Duration
- Date
- Action (Play link)
Pagination displays below the table. The Actions dropdown is also available in this tab.
Recordings Tab
The Recordings tab provides access to individual session recordings. The table lists:
- Participant Name
- Date
- Duration
- Status
- Watch (Play link)
- Action (delete icon)
A Filter dropdown lets you narrow results by field or criteria. Pagination appears below the table. The Actions dropdown is also available in this tab.
Clips Tab
The Clips tab displays clips created across all sessions in the study.
Highlight Reel
Select clips to include in a highlight reel.
Actions Menu
The Actions menu is consistent across all tabs and contains the following options:

| Edit Study | Opens the study setup flow to modify tasks, instructions, or settings. |
| Invite Participants | Generates a participation link to distribute to respondents. |
| Mark As Completed | Flags the study as finished. Useful for tracking and organizational purposes. |
| Delete Study | Permanently removes the study and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. |
| Download Report | Exports a CSV file containing all participant responses and metadata. |
System Notes
- AI summaries require recordings and precise transcriptions to generate.
- Responses and recordings can be reviewed at the aggregate and individual participant levels.
- Pagination appears even when a single result is displayed.
