Fuel Cycle provides export tools to download member, activity, campaign, and engagement data from your community. Each export supports a specific research or operational task.
Exports are generated in the background. When ready, download the file from the Exports dashboard. Where available, you can add profile, survey, or account fields.
Activity Exports
Download data from a single activity, such as a survey, forum, or post.
Use when: You need response-level data or content from one activity.
Includes:
- Response or post content
- Submission timestamps
- Member identifiers
- Comments and attachments, if present
- Optional profile and survey fields
- Option to include deleted items
Email Campaign Export
Download results from a specific email campaign.
Use when: You need delivery counts, open rates, click activity, or unsubscribe data.

Delta Testing Export
Download issue data from a specific Delta Test.
Use when: You need to review submissions, compare votes, or track status changes.

Live Chat Export
Download event data from a specific Live Chat session.
Use when: You need the transcript, attendance metrics, or linked survey responses.

- Full transcript with usernames and timestamps

Member Export
Download a filtered list of members with profile and survey data.
Use when: You need a snapshot of member attributes or want to combine profile data with other exports.

Download all posts from a specific forum.
Use when: You need the full discussion for qualitative review.

Use when: You need detailed information about one contribution.

Member Participation Export
Download engagement metrics for members within a selected date range.
Use when: You need to measure activity levels or report on participation.

Redemption Export
Download reward redemption records.
Use when: You need to track incentive claims or reconcile points.

Download response data from a specific survey.
Use when: You need question-level results and respondent metadata.

Export requests are processed asynchronously. You can leave the page while the file is generated. Download links are available once the export status is marked "Completed."
